How are document generations counted?
Generating a document means creating a document (Word, Excel, Powerpoint or PDF) from Salesforce data. We won't count several generations on the same day and the same model done by the same Salesforce user.
How are signatures counted?
Each signature request counted. On the other hand, it is possible to have the same person sign on several pages of a document without additional fee
What happen to unused generations ?
Generations not used are not carried over to the end of the 12 months of the contract
In what languages is support available?
Support is led by Salesforce/Gonexa experts available 5 days a week in French and English
How long does it take to integrate our solutions?
The integration time of our solutions depends on the complexity of the document models and the automation you want.
